Private equity firm Buenavista Equity Partners has acquired a stake in the healthcare group to accelerate the growth of the group led by Dr. Ghassan Elgeadi.

Madrid, October 15, 2026.
Clínica Elgeadi takes a decisive step in its business trajectory. The Spanish private equity firm Buenavista Equity Partners has reached an agreement to acquire 71.21% of Tiryaq Medical Group, the healthcare group to which the clinic belongs.
This transaction, structured through a combination of share purchase and capital increase, provides the company with the financial resources, operational expertise, and execution capabilities necessary to accelerate its growth from Madrid to the rest of Spain, both organically and inorganically through the acquisition of complementary businesses. The transaction is being carried out through two vehicles of the asset manager: Buenavista Buyout Innvierte III España and BV Healthcare Growth Innvierte I.
Dr. Ghassan Elgeadi Saleh, founder of the group and an internationally renowned trauma surgeon—a pioneer in endoscopic spine surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and stem cell therapy—will remain at the helm of medical and management leadership in this new phase. His leadership and clinical vision continue to be a cornerstone of the project, ensuring the highest level of care in the company's ambitious national and international expansion plan.

A constantly growing care model
Currently, the healthcare network combines two of its own clinics in Madrid with specialized trauma units in more than ten hospitals and private centers located in Madrid, Barcelona, and Málaga. Its comprehensive care model covers everything from consultations and emergency services to surgery and rehabilitation. The company has an annual turnover of €13 million and performs more than 5,000 surgical procedures per year.
The incorporation of Buenavista represents the definitive push to transition towards a large healthcare company structure, which will allow this cutting-edge medical model to be brought to new cities and regions of Spain.
